A Life of Color and Architecture
Raffaele Mainella was an Italian painter, decorator, architect, and graphic artist. Born in Benevento, he moved to Bassano del Grappa as a teenager before training at the Reale Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice. These works were used to illustrate the book Pilgerit – Bilder aus Palestina und Syrien.
