Héctor Julio Páride Bernabó, known by his artistic name Carybé (Argentina, 1911 – Brazil, 1997), was an Argentine-Brazilian artist, researcher, writer, historian, and journalist. His life was profoundly shaped by a fervent passion for the arts from a young age. He settled in Brazil and naturalized as a Brazilian citizen.
