A significant retrospective took place at the Centro Cultural de la Villa de Madrid in 1990. His pieces have found homes in important collections, including the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid.
His output remained steady until his death in 1994. From his early engravings to large oil paintings like Bodegón from 1968, his work remains a part of the Spanish artistic record. His ability to blend naturalistic elements with emotional depth through color continues to be the defining feature of what he left behind.
