early life and education waldemar hüsing, a german artist, was born in hamburg in 1909. he studied at the renowned bauhaus in dessau from 1930 to 1933 under the guidance of mies van der rohe. this period laid the foundation for his future artistic endeavors. professional career and war influences from 1937 to 1942, hüsing worked for the reichsbahndirektion in augsburg, where he was responsible for drafting a management building and a ne
