Born in Lipovec, Slovakia, his path was paved through rigorous academic training at prestigious institutions. He refined his craft at the Secondary School of Art Industry in Bratislava under the guidance of Professor Rudolf
Filu and later pursued advanced studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Specializing in monumental painting under Professor František Gajdoš, Barczi developed a technical mastery that allowed him to navigate between the intimate scale of chamber paintings and the grand demands of mural art.
