Nicolas Neufchatel (c. 1527 – c. 1590), known as Lucidel, stands as a pivotal figure in the artistic landscape of the mid-16th century, particularly celebrated for his exquisitely rendered portraits executed during his time in Nuremberg and Antwerp.
