Philips Wouwerman (døbt 24. maj 1619 – død 19. maj 1668) var en yderst produktiv og alsidig hollandsk maler, berømt for sine skildringer af jagtscener, landskaber og slagmarker. Han står som en betydningsfuld skikkelse i det kunstneriske landskab under den hollandske guldalder.
Philips Wouwerman blev født i Haarlem, Holland, som søn af Pouwels Joostsz Wouwerman, der også var maler, omend mindre kendt end sin søn.
